PostSubject: State of AARO   Thu Feb 23, 2017 12:48 am

It's been quite awhile since the last update and tonight I got thinking about it again and decided to post a new one.

The 2015 season has been effectively ended and Mikael Carter is our AERS champion. Unfortunately the All-Star kind of got me trapped up and I could not keep up anymore with my busy schedule at the time. Since then, it has been quiet and for the most part very inactive here.

Now I want to say that I am dedicated to run a 2017 season, but I just can't promise anything. As of right now my heart is into it but I'm just not sure if I'll feel the same even tomorrow. But as of right now I want to run a 2017 season.

If it does happen, it will be very barebones. No videos, probably no streaming, no pictures, maybe a clip or two, not exactly sure. Honestly I'm not sure how I'll do it just yet, I could probably stream it, but I won't commentate it or even talk in the stream due to this house being extremely easy to hear through and I don't want to keep anyone here awake.

But I do want to keep the series going, and I do this garbage alot I know, but hopefully I can right the ship this time.

Of note: I plan to run Cup bodies for AERS. Not sure on anything else as of yet.

I'll try to step into a moderator-esque role with AARO as I've somewhat been doing over the course of 2015. I've always had the passion for it, but time and other projects/things outside of the world wide web haven't made it easy. I'd have maybe run some races had I had the time to do so.

We've potentially discussed a shift in our league formatting as ALNT's status is unknown currently. I am keeping an open mind as to running ALNT myself if Nick chooses not to do so. The development method we've made for this has been entertaining for me to watch and keep track of and I have no objections as to be in charge of that from here on out; at least at the first step of the ladder. I'm honestly glad we're at the very least talking about AARO again.

How much time I'll be able to dedicate is a big question mark with me graduating my two-year program at college and moving on to possibly attend the same university as Webler. Just figuring out my life outside of here in general will take a lot of my time away, but I've never lost the passion I had for this series as when I really first got involved when I was like 14 and unbearable. Glad to know that the hiatus wasn't quite the end to it even when I thought it was.

Resident Landon Cassill/Ryan Blaney/Jordan Anderson/New Jersey Devils fan.
Post-hardcore and metalcore are pretty cool too.
