PostSubject: 2015 AARO Canadian Four Crown Championship   Sat May 16, 2015 7:31 pm

The Canada Four Crown is the most prestigious award a driver can win outside of the points championship. The Canadian Four Crown is a tribute to the series' roots in Canada, as the first CRA events were held in the country.

The Four Crown has changed over the years, but over the past couple, the format has stayed the same. The winners of the 4 races are eligible to win the award, and whoever has the best average finish through the 4 races of the winners, wins the Four Crown. Thsi years Four Crown has been altered to have 1 speedway, 1 short track, 1 superspeedway, and 1 road course.

This years Four Crown schedule:

Race #3: Aflac 250 @ Delaware Raceway
Winner: #83 Nate Smith

Race #6: Willow Point Dash @ Willow Point Raceway
Winner: #99 Mike Oppenheimer

Race #13: Pepsi 225 @ Alberta Superspeedway
Winner: #16 Justin Pisani

Race #20: Saskatoon 300 @ Saskatchewan Stadium

83 Nate Smith: Avg. Finish:
Delaware: 1st, Willow Point: 18th, Alberta: 31st, Saskatchewan:
Avg. Finish: 16.667

99 Mike Oppenheimer
Delaware: 19th, Willow Point, 1st, Alberta: 32nd, Saskatchewan:
Avg. Finish: 17.3

16 Justin Pisani
Delaware: 17th, Willow Point: 40th, Alberta: 1st, Saskatchewan:
Avg. Finish: 19.3

Very, very tight Four Crown race through 3 races, standings are above, the driver to win Saskatchewan could very well win the thing.

Mikael Carter: 3.00
Tommy Ritcher: 11.67
Kent Grosso: 9.3
Jonathon Ringer: 8.3

Top average finishes in 3 races who do not have a win.
