2015 PTRL XM Radio National Series Ratings *due March 21st*

For the driver ratings, put -10, -5, 0, 5 and 10 for each category in the driver sections based upon how your driver typically performs. Those will be applied to the base ratings that your team(s) falls under. For the car ratings, put one -5, two 0's and one 5 for each section that can be applied to your team's cars. Please note that you only have to do the team ratings once unless you've signed up with more than one team (which, so far, nobody has). Feel free to ask if you're confused about this and I will help you out.

One more thing with ratings: IF YOU SUBMIT +10 FOR EVERYTHING, I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RATINGS AND -10 WILL BE APPLIED BY MYSELF FOR ALL CATEGORIES. DON'T TRY TO MAKE YOUR DRIVER UBER HAX AT EVERYTHING BECAUSE NO DRIVER IS PERFECT. So please, try to evaluate and find your drivers' strengths and weaknesses. As long as you don't try to make your character(s) a hero, there shouldn't be any problems.

PERFORMANCE INDEX

This is a chart of the general performance for each team in the series. Your teams will be sorted at my discretion. Ratings will increase in variation as the ranking descends, so the Tier B and C teams still have a chance (that's a mistake from the last league I ran that I'll try not to make again). Here is where you will find the base ratings that you will apply driver and car traits to.

Updated the ratings a bit. It's a good thing I haven't actually applied ratings to any drivers in-game yet. Also, ratings are due in 8 days.

Secondly, I'm not sure what you did with the ratings, but they're not correct. Just send me the bonuses you want for your namesake and I can apply them.

If it's for a longer amount of time that you're unable to, I'll work something out. However, until driver and car ratings are sent, you will be placed in Tier D.
