I believe you should ask either Cynon or Ceej at the EFr forums because it has been a while since I last done a race video.

Record the clips with FRAPS, put them into Movie Maker, Vegas, etc., edit it the way you'd like (Points/Cautions/etc.), commentate, and upload. Smile

I just record in Vegas normally. It works just fine. Depends on what you want. I have $60 Turtle Beaches.
