WHAT?!?! SHOOT CROSBY!

Nah. It's not what what you think. There will be a process in which teams from the AERS will pick drivers from the AYG, NCSTT, IERS, NSRD, SCAR, etc. series to come and join their team. Therefore, instead of getting 20 or so random drivers, we'll have drivers that the AARO has known and teams will have a chance to scout.

Your minor league driver DOES NOT have to be the same manufacturer.

Pretty much, if a driver in the AERS sucks, they're gone, unless the team still has faith in that driver, no matter how much the owner pays attention to the series. If a team is interested in signing your driver for 2011, you will be notified in a PM formally throughout the second half of the season. You may have to make a decision on which team you're going to join if more than one team notifies you. This sets up a realistic type feeling to the AARO. This goes for ALL AERS teams, not just Crosby-owned teams, by the way.

Last thing, if you're not chosen, don't worry, there's still another year and maybe teams will have struggles (COUGHKGICOUGH).

AHH, one more thing, if you have more then one driver, they could all be chosen, so better hope for a good season!

All three of them could if they show a lot of potential.

Basicly, if they win races and/or win the championship?

I, for one, am very opposed to this. Isn't it a bit unfair to just randomly take other users' drivers out because you think they're not doing well? What are they going to say when they come back next year and their driver isn't even on the entry list? Besides, WE ALL HAVE THE SAME RATINGS. A driver could DNQ one week and then win the next. So when a driver "sucks", it really has nothing to do with lack of driver skill...

So instead of this, why not make a rule stating that IF an owner wants to replace their 2010 driver, the replacement has to come from a developmental league instead of having a random guy coming in out of nowhere.

I like the idea, but the kinks should be worked out in it.

That's what I meant all along.

Ohhhhh. So you're not going to just force us to get out if we don't do well?

Then Will Legge is eligible to be signed to an AERS team.

so Will would have to be in AERS before he could bring LMS into the AERS

Yes. That makes it seem realistic, too.

It still can...but if you decide to take Matt Contey out you have to replace him with a driver that's already in a lower league.
